For those of us that frequent the gym daily throughout the year - January is the WORST time... people make resolutions to get in shape - the gym becomes REALLY crowded and wait times for cardio and weight lifting equipment make our workouts longer - thus we have to wake up earlier than normal (which is already 4:30am for me) to be able to get to work on time the good part is that by Feb. 1 - 99.9% of the "resolvers" - if that's the right term - fade away and the gym is rightfully returned to us "regulars"
Because I need to do something to support my family. Anytime I've really sat down and thought about it, I've always come back to law school. Of course, it won't be until 2008, so plenty of time to change my mind!
yea, that's what i've been hearing. i got my membership in November at 24 hour fitness and there's already a bunch of folks as is. getting in shape isn't a NYR for me. i know i'll keep it up since i've been consistently going. my workouts are usually at 9 pm so i hope the NYRers are gone by then.
