You might want to check out Bhutto; decent political/biographical documentary with a lot of her family's commentary.
I've had Netflix streaming for years now, but the only television shows I've watched every episode of were the following: Breaking Bad House of Cards (only 1 season, but will watch season 2 coming up) Friday Night Lights Battlestar Galactica All of the above are adult themed shows (despite what you might think of the titles or content) and are dramas.
I don't know how much my recommendations are worth, but: Safety Not Guaranteed is unbelievable. A great and surprising movie. On a low budget, but it packs a punch. Probably the most surprising film I've seen since Timer.
I've never been so addicted to a show I've hated as much as I do parenthood, & agree with the Safety not guaranteed recommendation- that girl (same from daily show, p&r?) is least annoying in this movie too. Is anyone else not seeing all the episodes of breaking bad on their netflix? Mine has the latest season, but ends at episode 8.
can we turn this into the official Netflix thread? Any time you watch a movie on Netflix give it a thumbs up or thumbs down. I get tired of spending 30 minutes scrolling thru tons of movies, half of which suck! "Less Than Zero" Thumbs Up - 8/10 Robert Downey Jr. is great in it, Jami Gertz is well Jami Gertz!
The last season was split up, so I'm guessing the 2nd half of episodes (which just aired a few months ago) hasn't made it to Netflix yet.
