Anyone else having issues this year? Tonight, I had to wait till damn near the 2nd quarter to actually get the app to recognize I was selecting a broadcasting choice. I ended up watching on the Pistons feed since I was afraid I would never get the Rockets feed to work!!!
Yeah, Had issues with LP all season. I had to cancel my subscription, they fully refunded me. I found a nice alternative that can be found in the Hangout that rivals an old competitor (rhymes with hall creams).
League Pass has been a joke this year, couldn't get the Rockets game up until the second half (and I was too busy watching the Texans get boned by the refs at that point)
i keep getting a warning message that my account is being used on another device (false) and i need to logout of that one. for decades now league pass has consistently been one of the worst products that i have to use on a regular basis. and that's not even factoring in their clueless service reps
Glad to see/hear I'm not the only one. All this love for Adam Silver, but of this 3 major sports, the NBA has consistently had the worst stream/broadcast quality year in and year out. In addition to the first post I made above, I keep getting screen freeze on the video while the audio continues on as normal. I had to reset my Apple TV a couple of times and reload the game about 20 times in the 2nd half. At one point, the broadcast was skipping backwards in time randomly!!!!
Worst app ever. I tried it during the free trial and I said to my wife, "Wow this trial is convincing me to NOT buy league pass this year."
Late to the thread, but what is up with the Pistons announcers? Nobody shoots the ball, they all 'gun' it. Long gun from .... Short gun from .... Floating gun by ....
Fully I can get a full refund. I lost about 5 pounds since the NBA season started because I have to walk to my computer every 5 minutes This is what I wrote: Hello, I would like a refund on my $199 subscription. I have been a long time subscriber of NBA league pass, but this year, the service is horrible. I can not watch any game on the Browser. I tried Firefox, Chrome, Safari, IE, and I have to pause/unpause/pause/unpause etc just to watch the game. I did not pay $199 to watch a game that requires me to walk to my computer every 5 minutes to unfreeze the game. When there is a commercial break, I have to pause and unpause the game to keep it moving. The feed stop when the game goes into commercial. Please give me my refund. I 'm tired from pausing and unpausing and walking to my computer so I can watch a NBA game
well, my experience is a little different. Can't see it whatsoever/at any time/under any conditions on AppleTV. Have had to watch the games on the computer, which has mostly worked. One night was locked out of LP until halftime of that game, not even audio radio broadcast on the phone. So, agree that LP is much worse this year.
Last year I felt like NBA league pass was sexually harassing me, but this year, it just feels like sex.
