Heat Attendance Up 13.5% To Date; Pistons Down 9.5% In Detroit

The Heat are the only NBA team seeing a double-digit percentage increase in attendance this season, up 13.5% through Feb. 15. The Bulls lead all NBA teams with 21,543 fans per game at United Center, up 4.2% from a year ago. During their first season at the Amway Center, the Magic are up 8.4% in attendance. The Nets' attendance is flat during their first season at Prudential Center in Newark after leaving Izod Center following last season. The Pistons are seeing the sharpest drop among NBA teams, down almost 10% at the gate. Listed below is attendance for the NBA Eastern Conference, with comparisons to the same period a year ago.
