I named my dog "Calvin". He's got bad legs, though. If I would have known beforehand, I would have named him Ralph or Bobby.

Well, he has a classic springer face with a perfect white blaze up his nose and black ears and head and an almost full black saddle. He's cuter than a spotted pup -- oh, wait! He is a spotted pup!
In parenthesis is the proposed nickname -- I know Rocket will become Rocky. I thought about Obama because he is half black (back and legs) and half white (neck, blaze, chest and belly). However, unless I call him Bama, its too hard to say -- and Bama is especially hard for a UT grad. That's impressive. My dad is 50 and he couldn't check his email until 6 months ago. Registering for a message board would blow his mind. Very jelafied. Sounds beautiful. Hope you can figure out how to post him.
I have two black and white dogs, so have spent many hours coming up with good names. Domino is one that I like that got voted down by my family. We ended up with Pip and Cody, see if you can guess which is which.
