Good article from the New Jersey paper to answer a few questions about Boki's free agency approach / gameplan... http://www.nj.com/sports/ledger/index.ssf?/base/sports-1/1215318960134230.xml&coll=1
I thought it was $50. Anyways, 2.4 mil is probably to low for Boki. There will be better deals for him. But I may be wrong about the market.
Don't forget, Rockets still need to sign Dorsey since he is a second round pick. If Morey believes that Dorsey can come in and help immediately as he said, it won't be no one year crap contract like Landrys'. So the MLE will probably help Rockets sign Dorsey and hopefully Landry.
it's his last real contract - he will take whatever offer has the most years on it according to an article I read today.
I just thought it was really funny how the previous coach jettisoned him off and then seeing that playoff game where ESPN put up that stat that Nachbar was leading the playoffs in bench scoring, THEN the stat that he was outscoring the Rockets entire bench by himself.
Boki Nachbar would be a great addition behind Shane-after all, we've only got Steve Novak behind Shane...
Oh my god, that would be awesome addition too bad Jeff Van Gundy didn't treat Boki well....I don't think Boki wants to comeback hmmm but then again New Jersey is rebuilding which means the team will go through rough times...hard decisions..
Amazing what PT and a coach who is not afraid to put young players in the rotation did for his development
Why do you keep referring to him as a slasher and a cutter? Hes an outside shooter (an average one) these days. Hes Luther Head, only taller.
if the rockets signed Boki over Berry, i'd be happy. oh and i agree with some of ya'll. Boki is a Rocket for life for punking Malone.
Possibly you might be so kind as to explain? Without complete sentences it become difficult for me, as an elderly man to follow your thinking with just a short remark. Please explain. Y
