So my journey to stop drinking pop all together is officially started today. Loaded up on bottled water....here it goes...wish me luck.
I wouldn't do cold turkey... I tried this and failed miserably. I am weak, especially when it comes to Dr. Pepper / Mr. Pibb. After 2 days I had a splitting headache and was dry heaving. There was a rehash article on this very topic today on lifehacker dot com. They suggested some specific brand of Tea. Good Luck!
WTF is pop? J/K Good luck. I've gotten to where I never drink regular cokes anymore, but I still usually have one diet everyday.
Havent had a soda (unless mixed with booze) since Reliant stopped giving trade floor employees free beverages. Back then I was drinking 3-5 Diet Dr. Peppers a day. Ugh.

I have thought about giving up Mello Yello (the Coca-Cola product in the South that is similar to Mountain Dew) several times but I haven't done it yet. But I am giving up using profanity. Not that I drop f bombs all the time in normal conversation, but when I get upset, I found that it was too easy to cuss and I don't want to do that anymore.
I gave them up for Lent. I thought about doing caffeine but couldn't fathom it! It's definitely tough!!!!!!!!!! GOOD LUCK!
You mean pop is local to Ohio and Michigan :/ I use the term soda, but that's because pop sounds so juvenile.
That's a tough one. I can't help it. I really enjoy cussing, so long as it doesn't offend anyone present. And if it doesn't offend anyone present, why quit, right?
