Not sure, but it's coming from the same guy that said this is "the greatest fan sit" on the web. Need I say more? ------------------ <this space for rent>
Creative none the less. I actually really enjoyed reading that one. Tim Duncan, is a class act and Houston would just really like to have him playing for the Rockets. ------------------
Mr. Duncan, I appreciate your boring, yet effective drop step. You use the glass like no one else in the NBA. If we are to let you dull down our exciting offense, though, you'll have to go through an interview. 1) Do you curse? What's up with this temper tantrum high bounce whenever a call doesn't go your way? 2) Was your primary opponent in college 8' tall? What's up with the bank shot? 3) I like your hairline. It seems to be advancing forwards. Do you have a monobrow? 4) What do you think of Shaq's 'Mr. Fundamentalz' comment. Wouldn't you like to show that moron a thing or two by winning in the western conference. Don't you consider leaving to go play in the eastern conference less than competitive? 5) Is Greg Poppazit less attractive in person? 6) Could you get Mr. Robinson to sign here for the $1 mil. slot? 7) Do you think, maybe, you won't be so tired after the Olympics this year? We're kind of trying not to start out so slow next year. ------------------

Let me begin by saying this is the greatest NBA fan sit on the web. Believe me, I searched long and hard for a Spurs web-site as cool as this one, but no one gives a crap about San Antonio. Sure, when the team wins, its time for everyone and their great grandma to jump aboard the bandwagon, but there are hardly any TRUE fans of the team. And there are none willing to put time and energy into constructing a decent Spurs fan site. I don’t know when I actually started reading the ClutchCity, it was at least a few months ago, but I have become an official clutch-a-holic. Even in a losing season, all of you continue to cherish your team and cheer them on. This is what being a true fan is all about. I’ve been hesitant to post, but F.D. Khan’s thread was the last straw. Now I have to talk. And it isn’t easy to. Coach Poppavich watches my every move. He’s so freaking paranoid. I’m posting this on the can as we speak, because it’s the only place where I feel I have total privacy. But it is nice to finally speak my mind. It feels like a weight is coming off my shoulders. No cameras, no coach Poppavich, no Avery, just me, my labtop, my BBS buddies, and, at long last, the truth. I know all of you are curious as to my plans. Hell, there is hardly a thread in this BBS without my name in it. I’ll tell you one thing … I’m not staying in San Antonio. That’s for damn sure. Why? Did I already mention Coach Poppavich? Well, he is an ass. I can’t wait to get away from that guy. Uggghh! Another thing – the players. Avery may seem alright on television, but his high pitched voice is really annoying. Sometimes I want to just slap him around and tell him to shut his squeeky mouth, but I know I shouldn’t. Not while I’m on his team anyway. David Robinson is just way too soft. I mean, he’s okay and all, but if I want another center on my team, I want someone who cares about winning. Mario Elie is just a pain. It is hard playing beside someone whose game has deteriorated so much. Yet, he still thinks he can play. It is rather sad, really. The one player I felt I had a connection with, the one player I might have inked a deal to stay with and play beside, and they get rid of him! Why did they let go of my Chucky Brown? Okay, now all of you know that I am leaving, but where? I still haven’t decided yet, but Houston has been considered. Why wouldn’t the best player in the NBA want to play with Steve Francis? Before this season, I would have said Houston would not be for me. But now the post is wide open. Plenty of lane for me to clog. And there is a good point guard to feed me the ball, sans squeeky voice! I tried to spark some interest in that KT guy, but I know that it is going to take a lot more than that to get the Spurs to even consider a trade. Still, if I hold out and demand a trade … who knows? But I am still keeping my options open. Houston could still piss me off at any time. What might help to convince me is if all of you great posters continue to talk about me. I just love that. Whenever I see Rudy T. this summer - Oooooooh, sorry guys, but I got to go. I feel a bowl movement coming on. -TD, best player in the NBA ------------------ ... don't show my signature.
