So, I would like to recap the bad luck that I've had with my last 2 Rockets hats. 1st hat I got was a nice Red hat signed by Cuttino Mobley. Loved the hat, fit real good, looked nice with the new logo etc. Well, it was in my truck that got stolen just before Thanksgiving. So, I got a new hat. Similar to the old one, no autograph, but looked good. Well this morning, I find my damn dog chewing on it. He could've chewed on anything else, but for some reason he had to chew on the Rox hat. So, any bets on what will happen to my next hat?
Yes it does, they were Rockets hats. Quit being so freakin' snobby and don't question my Rockets knowledge- I can almost guarantee you I've been to or seen more Rockets games then you. Well if you want to discuss the Rockets, then here you go: Do you think there is any way the Rox could get Wayne Simeon? Maybe Antoine Wright if he slips a little? Maybe somebody I've actually heard of from America?

Ps, between being a season ticket holder since 1996, and having the NBA package, I'd guess I have missed in the 20 to 30 games range in the last 8 to 9 years. Most of the missed games were against the Spurs (blacked out here in Austin as the Spurs are the "local team" - but not broadcast locally - drives me nuts). About half of those I listened to on the radio. I'm sure this is easily beaten by many on this board, but what are your numbers agballer98 (aka corn cobb puller).
actually, I was just kidding. I just wanted to see if anybody was still up and had a pulse. Man, who knows how many I've seen. I've definitely missed more than that. I wish I could afford to go and see more games in person, but it's just too damn expensive. I love watching the games and just about died in game 7 this year. That was up there with losing to the freakin' Jazz on that illegal screen by Malone. I do love watching them on the tube though, just hate our commentators now- with Van Chancellor I usually mute it. Why they don't just have Bullard do all the games, I don't know. And why can't we get Kenny Smith away from TNT to do some of our games?
How do you handle that long drive form Austin to Houston for the home games? That has gotta suck driving home to Austin after a game that ends at 10 to 10:30 at night.
