Probably neither. But if I did get one, it would be BF3. Like the tech going into the game, and looks pretty good overall I guess. DICE is a pretty good developer too. CoD...yeah.
I stopped giving my money to the COD series after MW. MW2...meh..... BF3....can't wait, only game I'll be buying this year at full retail price. All others are discounted steam games.
No, it has a single-player campaign. I think most of the trailers were from the SP campaign now that I think about it (have they even showed MP yet?). Whether it will be any good, I don't know.
ME3 for me even though ME2 is pissing me off with these paragon/renegade options; can't play like you want without a ME1 install.
Neither. Does anyone else get sick of FPS games? But if I had to pick one, BF3. Looks like they took their time with it and the graphics look great. Tired of the yearly call of duty mess, that only works with sports games for me and the only series I trust there when it comes to making yearly improvements is the NBA2k franchise.
Nothing beats bears, bears beat Battlestar Galactica. With respect to multiplayer, CoD has been the same game over the last few in the series where they have just tweaked the graphics a bit, add a new gimick (remote control car bomb etc.) and market the crap out of it. The formula has been working so I guess why change it, personally I'm getting a bit bored of it though (although always enjoy the single player campaigns as short as they are..) I never played BF before and due to rave reviews bought BF:BC2, never got into it, much preferred BlackOps.. that being said, BF3 looks like they might be taking a new direction or trying something new which seems more exciting to me.
BF3 graphics looks great, but unless they can match the mechanics and responsive nature of COD, then its all for nothing. There isnt an FPS shooter that is as fluid and responsive as the COD series. If BF3 can come close to that, then we can start talking. Until then, the graphics are a nice highlight, but thats where it ends. I'll be getting both of them, but as of now, I expect to be playing MW3 more often.
