Or trillian, if you like an all in one program instead of a website.

    Winrar
    AVG
    CCleaner
    DAEMON Tools
Microsoft Office or OpenOffice (MS Office is better but Open has the pleasure of being free)
Firefox and/or Opera (personally I have both)
TweakUI (useful in removing minor Windows annoyances)
    Spybot (prefer this to Ad-Aware)
    Windows Defender
    Spywareblaster
    utorrent
    Real Alternative
    Quicktime Alternative
CCCP (codec pack better than K-Lite imo)
Media Classic Player (prefer this to VLC because VLC has an annoying interface)
Rainlender2 (one of my most favorite programs, made me so much more organized)
    MusicBrainz (kick-ass mp3 tagger)

XnView image viewer (cleaner interface than Irfanview)
Avast! Antivirus (even better than AVG, imo)
    Azureus (Bittorrent client)
Frostwire (Limewire without the legal filters)
    Jetaudio
    RegCleaner

    Pando.com

I got a circle of friends that share all their CD's via Pando. It's encrypted and private. You can post your uploads to BBS and Blogs too, if you want to go public.

We are all Blues fans so my only problem is finding time to listen to all the stuff.
