are you seriously comparing the american judicial system (as flawed as it may be) to that of China's??
I'm not comparing their judicial system to ours. The Chinese drops the hammer on anyone they perceive as a trouble maker/terrorist. They have their own way of dealing with it, as do we. We're breaking skulls too. I don't think we are in a position to criticize when our war on terrorism includes pre-emptive strikes against dangerous countries and keeping enemy combatants without trial. How about Israel? Can you blame them for their pre-emptive strikes against Hamas? Their military routinely drops bombs on freedom fighters/terrorist and kids. No trial. Shoot first, ask questions later. Israel's security is threatened and will do whatever is necessary even if innocent people die. I don't like it, but I understand.
And we've all seen how effective that's been for them. This recent period of relative peace and quiet, which was just broken recently, was brought on by negotiation not by preemptive killing of innocents along with terrorists.
Of course it was an "ignorant comment." I was just being flippant. Good Lord. The point being, bin Laden could be anywhere.
