Possibly true but Target is a private company and it is there call to make that policy. The Target nearest to me is in a neighborhood with a lots of Somalis and in general Somalis are good workers. They might feel that for a situation like that it is better to give them a break based on religion to keep high quality workers even though they are in low paying positions. I don't know if that law applies to MN but this isn't a matter of not being able to get pork products at Target but that Muslim employees don't have to handle them. I believe one of the problems with the RU486 was that in some places there is only one pharmacy and RU486 has a short timeframe to be taken. So if the pharmacist in one small town refuses to sell it then for practical purposes it isn't available in that town.
