I'm interested in a new subdivision in League City and know that it is in a MUD. Where can I find information about this particular MUD (M.U.D. #7) or other MUD's? I tried looking around the State of Texas website, but had no luck and the builder of the home I'm interested in only had info regarding the name of the MUD. I'm ultimately interested in the utilities covered by the MUD fees and a schedule of possible rates over the life of the bond debt.

    Thanks!

Life of the bond debt??? Haha, that's a funny one. Consider those a lifetime debt.

I've lived in League City for 10 years, and I have a better chance of landing on the moon than those debts being retired. Let me search around some and I'll try to find some info on them.

Meantime, do what I did....buy a home that's not in a mud district!
