    I remember that part! I got behind some fat dude from a Mercedes Dealership the entire "Kansas" part.
    When the direction of the road turned I passed him up and went on my way!:D

    What is the most important body parts for riding. Calves, quads, your whole body? Endurance... What should you train for a ride like that...

    I should convince gee to buy us all tickets to an astros game this summer. why not they have the money since they raised my tuition again grr

    IMO, the most important part of your body to train for a long ride is your butt. You have to get used to sitting on a bike seat for hours at a time. Once you get used to it and you get a seat that works for you it's not difficult to do at all. But you have to put hours in the saddle to get used to it.

    After that, I'd say it's your quads as they are what's a little sore on my after the ride. Also, I think, they are the muscles that you use most up the hills.

    God I hate the f***ing Braves! Only because they always beat the crap out of the 'Stros when it really matters.
