Here is how I rank the Pixar movies: 1. Toy Story 2 2. Finding Nemo 3. The Incredibles 4. Toy Story 5. Cars 6. A Bugs Life. 7. Monsters Inc 8. Ratatouille DD
Saw it this past weekend and I agree with you, excellent film but more mature than previous story lines
Saw Pirates on opening weekend. - Great, nice homage to the ride - what I expected though - a Jedi remake. Saw Ratatouille on opening night. - Funniest Pixar flick yet... kids liked it too. Saw Transformers on opening night. - Out performed my expectations, disappointed in some dialogue (see TFers thread). My ranking: 1. Rat 2. TFers 3. Pirates (btw- Shrek the 3rd is CRAP!! <---glad I waited a month but sense we wasted money to see it first run, I now have to suffer until Silver Surfer is at the dollar cinema Oh, and Meet the Robinsons owned compared to "Shrek the 3rd" aka "Shrek 2 -Part Remix 0.5")
totally agree with you there, Shrek 3 was a massive turd, really let down because I thought the other 2 were pretty good.
My 4 year old son disagrees a little: 1. Toy Story 2. Toy Story 2 3. Monsters Inc 4. Finding Nemo 5. The Incredibles 6. A Bugs Life 7. Cars 8. Ratatouille Pixar hopefully sees the trend. The last two films were too long, with a notable dip in the qualiity of writing. The animation has gotten better each time out, but that is lost on a 4 year old.
1. The Incredibles 2A. Finding Nemo 2B. Toy Story 2C. A Bugs Life 5. Toy Story 2 6. Monsters Inc 7. Ratatouille 8. Cars
1. Toy Story 2 2. The Incredibles 3. Toy Story 4. Ratatouille 5. Monsters Inc 6. Finding Nemo 7. A Bugs Life 8. Cars
me neither, but I didn't see it in theaters but on cable so my attention was not solely on the movie.
Here's an interview of Patton Oswalt and Janeane Garofalo. In the first part of it, they talk s.* about H.** <object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/GsKC38t7rUY"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/GsKC38t7rUY" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object> * trash **houston
SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER I wasn't really paying attention at the beginning, but what was the deal with the whole alien abduction scene at the beginning? SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER
I thought it was excellent. A lot of little touches that made it. My daughter (2 and a half) woke up in the middle of the night from a dream about a mouse downstairs. She said she doesn't like mouses. So, maybe the movie caused some scarring. I would have thought Casino Royale would cause more bad dreams, but what do I know?
I haven't seen a Pixar film in a while... Most of the new ones I haven't like it. The top 3 are 1. Toy Story 2. Finding Nemo 3. Monsters INC
I took my son to see this past weekend. He loved it. It was very entertaining and funny. A must see movie.
You're absolutely right. I will take your comment and relate it to Web Development: Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. And some people should NOT. I am glad you admit it.
