Please. Hollywood: STOP. With. The. Remakes. Please. You know that no matter how well or how badly this movie does at the box office... there will be a II, III, and IV and it might not even stop, right...? :grin:
Another horrible looking Hollywood remake that is surely going to be far worse than the original. Shocking.

After what happened to the cast of the original, I'm shocked anyone would agree to be in this. Having said that, it looks better than expected. But I'm still annoyed it's being made. The original was/is just fine.

yeah man i just dont know. poltergeist was one of my favorite movies ever no matter what genre. if they didnt slap that name on here and remake it i would barely notice this trailer.
This is even worst than the ghostbusters reboot. Poltergeist, the one and only film from the 80s captured that true 80s psychological horror film you just can't replicate in films now. This is complete horsesh!t
The only way Hollywood will stop making pointless reboots and sequels is when people stop flocking to see them and handing them money to see worthless products. Sadly...that appears to be nowhere near happening.
