MoT really stepped it up against superior competition (KG) byt had a tougher night against weaker D. While consistency has never been Taylor's forte, it was a back-to-back. How did Mo's achilles hold up? He didn't look quick or strong. Would he and the Rox be better if he sat out tomorrow in the A-T-L and play 'fresh' against Denver? Anyone 'know' anything? (As if that's a big point on these Boards...)
Oooohhh. That was cold, Xiki. MoT was outworked by the bald-headed Irish guy but not out-hustled. Mo was coming down with rebounds and loose balls with authority (and swinging elbows). As he warmed up, he seemed to play better, so I think he's coming along just fine. Eddie looked like a man-bear in the first quarter. IMO, he soon he will be playing like that all the time.
Well, in the defense of both EG and Mo, neither get consistent minutes. Rudy is still trying to find the right combination. I think the problem lies in the fact that neither of them quite have a distinct role. I expect them to be more consistent when they determine their role!
Fair enough. When I say Mo is coming along just fine, I really mean Mo's achilles repair is coming along just fine. The tendons just need stretching and exercise to brng him to full capability.
MoT looks over his shoulder too much, which causes him to rush things a bit. If he can be a little patient he will be a good scorer for us.
MoT is a turd who only does a decent performance once every 4 or 5 games (at best). I was patient with him for a while, but gave up on being patient. -- droxford
