i want to take a poll on the highest verticle in this forum. mine is not to good but the 13 year old kid has a 30 inch verticle tell me yours i want to see what the avg. person vert. is compared to the nba players. (dont lie) ------------------

I am the same as LilStevie. I have never measure my vertical, but I can get rim and am somewhere between 5'9" and 5'10". Does anyone have any idea what that would make my vertical? Mine was 39.5 in high school, but man with my fat self now I may get about 30, pretty pathetic considering what it was. ------------------
I can dunk a 9 footer, and can touch net on regulation height, so I've probably added a couple inches to my vert since I last had it measured. So...5'6+1'6=7...9-7=2, and to dunk it you have to be able to get about 3-4 inches above the rim.
