    I just found out that my mother collapsed today. She's at the hospital right now with my Dad.

    She was out of it around 1:00 p.m. but has regained most normalcies now. However, the doctors have detected bleeding around the brain.

    They are going to run tests on her tonight, but believe it could be a busted aneurysm.

    BTW, if ANYONE knows what aneurysms may cause after they burst, I'd be appreciative.

    I'll be here for another hour, and then I'm off to the hospital.

    your mother needs immediate surgury. ruptured aneurysms must be closed, under most cirumstances by clipping the arteries.

    I remember going through so much with my Dad, but it was his heart, not what has happened to your Mother. You have my deepest sympathy for what you and the rest of your fanmily are going through. They do amazing things today, and I bet your Mom is one tough lady. Good luck.
