he should chance it maybe in his mind itll be a fresh start, no more mooch like bill said, god knows he needs something to bring back the 2002 norris,he played ok then..
Moochie looks to me like he hasnt been himself since he recieved that fat contract. But hopefully he can turn it up a notch.
Has anybody ever asked JVG why he is still playing Moochie after watching all the tapes of Rockets games last year and he has shown no improvement this year? If we all can see how bad Moochie is, how come the coaches and assistants can't see that? Is Mike Wilks really worse than Moochie? I just can't imagine I am seeing that guy on the floor every game.
last night he played his best game and bill and calvin were sayin no more mooch is martin (his real name) so maybe he should go by his name for supersticious reasons, but i also think we need to give wilkes a try.
sounds kinda of mean but i had hoped he would stayed on the floor hurt for longer................it would of been the greatest thing to happen to the rockets..........moochie injured!
that's a pretty schity thing to say. mooch has played well as of late. i've noticed him making things happen if the offense doesn't get set up in the first fourteen or so seconds in the shot clock.... driving and getting fouled or driving and dishing. he's coming around.
Mooch actually made a difference last night - maybe he just needs the confidence of the fans and his coach to get him going. He hit a key three pointer and played some pretty good defense (i can't believe i just said that!)
Martyn did play pretty well last night. No turnovers, a couple good drives and decent passing. I'm sure not getting my hopes up, but if the guy contributes I'll tone down the hate.
Playing well lately? He's shooting 4 for 20 in his last 6 games. He's horrible. Unfortunately, I don't think Wilks is any better.
He saw the tapes of two years ago and he was like, "who is this solid pg", then he was shocked to find it was moochie. So after moochie lost the hair and the weights, Jeff gave him a chance. Also to say that Moochie made no improvements just isn't true. Compared to last year, Moochie is definitely thiner and faster compared to last year. Now if he can get his shot from 2 years ago back, he would be a solid back up point guard.
