So what if someone gets done for Drink Driving or Assault or some other crime 5 years ago and then recommitts the offense, so their history shouldn't impact on the punishment????
you are comparing drunk driving to ripping on referees. dude its ok. if thats the rule, fine. 2500 bucks is nothing, especially to mobley or van exel. i didnt know that was a rule.
