The colts of course, they finally win one under PM in NE. 8-0 and start dreaming aout the perfect season. This could be Texas-Oklahoma again.
Tom Montana and the wounded Machine will put up a good fight. Bruschi has reached diety status and will single handedly destroy the Colts. The over/under on the number of times Manning starts pointing at the line of scrimmage, covering his ears and ask everyone if they want to go to Outback after the game: 598 Score Tom Montana: 24 Whiney b****: 3
The real question is will Al Michaels and John Madden be able to speak with Bruschi's c*** in their mouths? Or will they be able to completely analyze the game between prayers to the Almighty Bruschi?
What's your deal with Bruschi?? He's got to be the feel good story of the year, and you're hating on him. Jealous much, brah?
I'd rather hear about Bruschi's amazing comeback from his stroke than to hear one more thing about T.O./Eagles drama.
It amazes me that Steroids or anything like that has been brought up about a 32 yr old having a stroke and a heart attack Rocket River that just ain't normal
I'm with you on that one. It just doesn't have to be all one story, all the time. I'm happy Bruschi is able to play and I'd much rather hear about that than T.O., but, just like the sports media (and media in general) always does, they've overblown it.
I agree with RM95. I mean I applaud Bruschi for what he went through and his ability to get back on the field but ESPN analysts and sports commentators everywhere made it sound like since he was coming back that the Patriots were going to win the rest of their games and go 13-3. That first game he played against the Bills was hilarious they kept showing the highlight and saying who is the first person there Bruschi, note.....he missed the tackle but they were still acting like he stopped the guy on the 1 yd. line with 3 second left in the game and they were up by 5. This was pretty accurate in how they were acting: http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=103925
Bruschi is a great story. I don't think anyone was expecting him to be superman, regardless of what that knob Al McGuire says. It's a terrific comeback showing how much heart and love he has for the game. He is truly an ambassador of the NFL. The rest of you whiners can go root for David Carr.
