Are we definitely using our MLE on recent draft picks Budinger/Taylor? Could either be involved in a package deal for a legit scorer? What would we have to give up for lets say a Caron Butler from the Wizards?
Are you kidding me? Butler is worth way more than that? He's like part of the big three in Washinton.
While your over there trying to be funny.. if u keep up with teh NBA in ways you would know..Butler is worth way more than the MLE...hes in his 7th..and avereged 21ppg,6rebounds,and 5assist last season...he is a 6'7 stocky guard that can play defense and make his own shot. And not to mention he can light it up wit the best of them. Soo..plz..get ur facts str8.

Lighten up it was just a joke. We know exactly what CB3 is worth and we know he is an untouchable in Washington, that's why no one is taking this thread seriously. And he's not even a free agent to recieve part or even all the MLE. Pointless thread.
The Wizards refused to take Artest for Caron. I seriously doubt if they will give him up for Battier plus Budinger.They have no need for Luis because of Antwan despite his low post scoring. Landry plus Budinger isn't going to get it done. Nor can Aaron Brooks plus our 2nd rounders be enough either.
we signed david andersen with part of the mle. and what do you think the wiz would realistically take for butler?
They don't want any of our guys. Our 2 scorers are injured and everybody else is defensive specialist or somebody who depends on Yao or McGrady for their offense.
