Houston trades: C Kelvin Cato (6.6 ppg, 7.0 rpg, 0.4 apg in 25.5 minutes)
PF Jason Collier (4.2 ppg, 3.3 rpg, 0.4 apg in 14.6 minutes)
PF Maurice Taylor (4.2 ppg, 3.3 rpg, 0.4 apg in 14.6 minutes)
Houston receives: C Dikembe Mutombo (11.5 ppg, 10.8 rpg, 1.0 apg in 36.3 minutes)

Philadelphia trades: C Dikembe Mutombo (11.5 ppg, 10.8 rpg, 1.0 apg in 36.3 minutes)
Philadelphia receives: C Kelvin Cato (6.6 ppg, 7.0 rpg, 0.4 apg in 75 games)
PF Jason Collier (4.2 ppg, 3.3 rpg, 0.4 apg in 25 games)
PF Maurice Taylor (4.2 ppg, 3.3 rpg, 0.4 apg in 25 games)

Houston gets a real C to show Ming how to play in the NBA... he's a really good role model for him.

Philly gets 2nd scoring option in Mo T and a younger cheaper C for their aging star

Philly can get much more than Mo T for Mutombo.

If Mo T were healthy, then MAYBE...

Re-signing Kevin Willis is alot easier and gets the same or better results (Willis has more "O" IMHO). Besides, Willis and Yao both have that "short arms" thing in common.

Can't imagine the Sixers want to pay MoT big money to backup Derrick Coleman.
