Hello Guys. For our starting lineup 06-07, how about add MIKE MILLER as our starting SG and let T-Mac plays SF/S.Battier the 4. Mike is one of the best shooters in the league and is the best friend of T-Mac.Could it be possible to ask our Management to re-negotiate with Memphis? Turn the trade as Gay+SS+ future pick for S.Battier and Mike Miller?
No way, the Rockets would get robbed in that deal! How about Gay+Stro+Rybo for Battier+Miller+Gasol+Wright? That would be pretty cool.
Why not just Miller and not Shane cuz what we need more is shooters than defensive players and I know Shane can shoot but Miller is a better.

Mike Miller is a not a good defender. He played behind Battier in Memphis and he makes about 2 million more than him. No thanks.
how about we stop proposing trades period. the rockets are not going to trade according to whats being said on the board. we can discuss and propose crap till we die. it would make more sense to analyze things that have already happened.
Dude, this is when things happen. The idea of us getting Miller, with all due respect to the thread starter, is ludicrous, but we are not done making moves. I like reading and discussing possible deals, especially this time of year, or around the trade deadline during the season. There just has to be at least a hint of possibility about them, which simply doesn't exist here.
I think Battier is better than miller. Houston had tried many shooter beside yao and t-mac(eg. Piatkowski, Padgett, BARRY...), but all of their 3pt % drop and it did not work as people expect. That mean we not need a purely shooter with poor defence but a man can do multi job who like battier.
Uh, if we had traded Gay + Swift for Miller that would be about 10X worse than the Battier deal. Miller plays no defense, and what we need most is a guy who can play defense against 3's and 4's and hit the 3-ball. This thread is terrible, Im going to stop responding to it now.
