Will the METRORail light rail system be ready for Super Bowl XXXVIII?

A few months ago it seemed as if it wasn't going to be finished on time.

Do any of you have pictures or literary updates on the system? Do you think it will be finished on time for the Super Bowl?

i've been wanting to post this for two months.

anyhoo, I think near the med center, it looks pretty much done, except for the stations.

in downtown, i dont think it is close to completion. They are still paving cement and stuff.

To make left hand turns in the med center, you have to drive over the rail line. I thought that was rather interesting.

Saw a Channel 11 report last week that said it would be running on a limited capacity basis for the Super Bowl. (read vistors only , no locals)

Also they are working 60,000 man hours a week on the new Hotel so it should be ready . But the expansion of the George R. Brown is looking iffy. That is where all the NFL Experience stuff is supposed to be.
