This could only happen here... I'm going to have to take a few days off from posting after watching this thread. We never even got to find out why this question was posed before it became a freaking english debate. The Rockets have a bad few seasons and look what happens to the mental state of the posters here. It's funny because it's true. chiev...calm down. I was only kidding about how it wound up here. And for the record, the whole song is not necessarily ironic. It's more about incoveniences and misfortune than irony. Can't we just agree that it's a song and move on with it. If we have to resort to a song to know what a word means, then we have some more learning to do. Can't we find better examples? There's got to be a million in literature.
