    I like it alot.

    Guys like Novak and Reddick are too short (for their position) to be starters, but both would be excellent off the bench shooters (I think Novak is the better pure shooter). I hope we are able to draft the one who isn't overrated and is picked where players of their caliber should be, 2nd round.

    I've long been a proponent of looking at standing reaches to determine how "big" a guy should play. I'm not so sure about incorporating max vertical jumps though. I guess it would depend on how he implements the numbers.
