That's mean what he did to the kid. I'm glad I normally leave my speakers muted unless I'm using them, because otherwise I would have jumped a freaking foot in the air. I hate those things.
Sorry, I just dont' see how doing this is "cruel" to a kid. If you ask me one of the major problems with America is that our current generation is a generation of men raised by women and frankly our "boys" need to grow some balls... but then again I also can't stand pansying any boys and loathe the "everyone wins" attitude that seems to be taking over the nation with our kids. I don't have any sons myself but I do have two younger brothers and three nephews that I don't treat like pansies and I've never had complaints. When I was a kid growing up I would have turned out like a psycho if my single mother would have sheltered me like she wanted to, luckily I had an older brother and step brother to beat my ass on a daily basis. I think we've fallen a bit too far from the "suck it up" and have turned into a "suck mommy's tit" society when it comes to boys... but that's just me.
This is by far the most funniest thing i've seen in a long time!! I can say this because i was playing this game and had my face right up to the monitor trying not to touch the walls. Totally scared the crap out of me.
I remember that maze game.... It got posted here on the BBS a while back. Luckily I didn't have the sound up, so I didn't get the crap scared out of me. As for the dad, what makes you more mad, guys? the fact that the dad pulled a prank on the kid, or the fact that he video taped it and it's out on the net? I feel bad that the kid got filmed and now he's plastered all over the net getting scared sh**less. So what the dad pulled a prank on his kid, we wouldn't know about it if he hadn't filmed it.
Siblings playing jokes on each other is part of growing up. A father figure, someone that is supposed to protect their children, is not expected to do this. If my son's step dad ever does this to my son, there will be hell to pay.
My kids ran 9 and 5, ran into to the room when they heard the scream, and they were scared of that picture. I can't imagine the feeling of terror that child felt when the screaming image popped up.
I would do it to my kids but the difference is mine would laugh after the initial scare because they aren't little pansy asses like that kid. edit: I didn't see this post when I originally posted this but I totally agree. I can't stand little wussy kids. I baby my daughter more than my son but she is in no way a wuss either.
Could have been worse. Could have been goatse or tubgirl. Although after being punk'd by that and yelling "F---!!" in my apartment at 3am, I have been supercautious whenever opening anything.
