I would actually love to make a trade for Marvin Williams if of course it included Josh Smith. But for Brooks? salaries obviously wouldn't allow this kind of deal. But! We can throw in Shane Battier(Hawks need a vet besides Bibby) and Jeffries. Now I have a reason to believe that the Hawks would do this in a heart beat. But i bet your probably wondering why the hell would Hawks give up so much for so little. Wrong!!! The Hawks are trying to rebuild even though they are a contending team. So giving them Brooks for a future PG and a vet like Battier and Jeffries(who's contracts expire after this season) will save the Hawks ALOT of money and give them an opportunity to sign Brooks for an extension and add a true center in the off season with all the cap space they will have. Enough said, both parties are happy and its a win win situation.
