Sounds like an awesome guy. He sounds truly content/satisfied, possibly even happy to come to Houston. No regrets about his career in Sac... wonderful. I like his attitude. ...and no PR blunders! He's going to fit right in with Shane, Aaron, Trevor, Kyle, Scola. Psyched to get him. In response to the thread about players being more important assets than people: That's 3 people in the last 12 months (Kyle, Trevor, David, Martin) who have said they are happy to come to Houston because the GM really wanted them, and the coach probably wanted them too. I think the asset side has not taken over just yet. Also remember Daryl Morey's campaign to sign Marcin Gortat: rocketsfanslovegortat@gmail.com (or whatever it was). I'm excited to go to a game and watch these guys play!
Sounds like he is pretty down to earth.. I think he should fit in just fine with the Rox.. Pretty excited to see what he can do in RA offense. This guy really moves well off the ball.
Another thing. Guy seems to have a incredibly high basketball IQ. He definitely knows how to play game the game. It's kind of like mixing Battier with Danny Granger. Without the intangibles of course -- which Battier only has!!! :grin:
