by the police. It only took two years for charges to filed for 2nd degree assault after breaking the dude's jaw.

Is there anything to debate? Can't all of us here agree that it is wrong to assault people, whether we are talking about cops or the Morris Twins?

The question I have is why this guy wasn't charged and was allowed to stay on the job for 2 years. It took a lawsuit from the ACLU for charges to be filed.
