    who wins this and why?

    Team A is better.


    Nash is tempting since he's a fantasy machine but A still wins.

    In my opinion, team A wins slightly. You lose quite a bit of assists if you give up Wade, Arenas, and Kidd despite the fact you get Nash. Team B will probably give you more rebounds however.
