A lot of us didn't know that Michael wasn't in this episode tonight. That's why you use the spoiler tag when revealing things about upcoming episodes.
Either way, they're both spoilers. It's simple guys...if the episode hasn't aired, use the spoiler tags.
No joke. If it hasn't aired, STFU! Some people do NOT want it ruined by douche bags on an internet message board.
Judging by recent episodes, my new best guess as to the person in the coffin is Claire. I think she somehow dies getting off the island...and Jack is either one of the reasons she dies or the cause (or perhaps Kate is the cause and Jack blames himself). Either way, Kate takes over in mommy duties with Aaron and that is why Jack doesn't want to see Aaron, because he feels guilty about his mom dying. And that is why Kate didn't want to go to the funeral, because she feels guilty for taking Aaron after Claire died. Anyway, I don't remember how big the coffin was or if it was big enough for someone of Claire's size, but that is my new best guess. And Claire doesn't even have to be one of the Oceanic 6...she could be one of the 2 that didn't make it that Jack alludes to in his testimony at Kate's trial.
It was supposed to be confusing, until the very end when it becomes clear Jin's segment was a flash back instead of part of Sun's flash forward.
Jin's was a flashback not a future flash. -He had giganto cell phone -He had only been married for 2 months -He was working for his father-in-law's company Not too sure yet what the significance of it was other than to mess with the viewer. Maybe to show who he was before the crash and why he forgave Sun (karma). So is Michael running for Mayor of Sacramento?
At the end, when they visited the grave, I was yelling at my TV, "Damn You Writers! DAMN YOU!" Such a sad episode.
Kate can't leave the country. Jack is a self absorbed a**hole. How Hurly got out of the crazy house is beyond me.
Well Kate's flash forward took place before Jack's from the season finale, so it's possible Sun's takes place before Hurley see's Charlie and freaks out.
Which actor got arrested in Hawaii recently, wasn't it the one who played Jin? Death knell as far as the LOST writers are concerned.
Yup. 4 actors arrested; their 4 characters all dead. Though Jin clearly doesn't die just yet, so he'll be around for a while longer. One interesting thing - it looks like we might have the beginnings of a timeline. Sun will be dead if she's not off the island in 4 weeks, so that gives us an timeline for the Oceanic 6 getting off. My bet is the season finale is where they get out.
Interesting note about the end of the episode: Spoiler The date of death on Jin's tombstone is the date of the plane crash. Dum dum DUM!
