Eating disorders are so sad. I work with people like this every day, and every day I do what I can to understand and help them out. Poor self-image and the need to be like everyone else in a particular setting can cause people to do really strange things. So sad.
My guess is anorexia. Drugs can also make you skinny (and in Hollywood they often use them to help... they've also figured out some really scary places to stick the needle where it doesn't leave a really obvious mark), but listen to what she has to say about it. She looks horrible - bones sticking out everywhere, no feminine curves at all - and thinks she looks better and that she's still not as skinny as she could be. She thinks she has to look like that to feel good about herself. There's something psychological going on here and it's not good. Don't tell me she's just working out a lot... she has no biceps. She wouldn't be losing so much muscle mass - in places where everyone ought to have a muscle - if she was doing it through exercise. Really sad. Oh, and for you guys who like your girls this thin... you can go f*** yourself. (while staring at these recent pictures of LL, of course) Naturally thin is one thing, but we saw her the way she used to look, and she's naturally a lot more "normal". To expect women to be that thin is just to make the other 90-95% of us feel miserable... and, if you expect your woman to be that thin, I assume you don't have any body fat on you either.
I'm surprised none of you mentioned how her entire body is covered in freckles! That, I think, is nastier than her blond hair and her skinny ass.
As I said in the previous LL thread, it's a shame this girl ruined her great figure to fit in with the narrow parameters of Hollywood beauty. I can appreciate a girl who's model-thin naturally, but I also like girls who are more voluptuous as well. But these days it seems that anyone who falls into the latter category is ridiculed and made to feel unattractive. One thing to note about her skin - she's a natural redhead, so she has really pale skin with freckles. Without heavy makeup or fake tan, she's going to look really freaky in most photographs (the camera flash accentuates this).
I think she's still a bit too chunky.....but I'd still like the boobs back. Maybe a little collagen in the lips as well......and a few salt scrubs. Her feet are too big as well......I don't know what can be done about that. And of course, she needs to spend some time in the tanning booth. And although I can't say for sure, I'm sure a few waxes would be in order as well. Then she'd be about right.
i also think the bleach blonde hair makes her skin look extra unhealthy. definitely a shame. i hope this doesn't affect more teenage (or younger) girls. that's the saddest part.
she always had freckles.. damn you paris hilton/nicole richie for turning the hottest girl on the planet into this nasty looking skank twig!! DAMN YOU!!!!
she would be pretty, even in hollywood standards if she didn't have the freckles. With the freckles she looks freaky, especially with her pale skin underneath. You guys don't notice cuz she has makeup on all the time.
Yeah, I liked her better with cankles...And the sad thing is, she thinks she looks so freakin' hot...It's the hollywood diet craze... This proves it to me, but a friend told me her co-worker ran into Drew Barrymore in an elevator while on vacation...He said she loooked so skinny...I was like no way, she always seems chubby/healthy in a good way...That goes to show you how big people seem to be on camera...The thing in hollywood I guess is to be super thin, which is crazy as I don't see the attraction...
Freckles are natural, especially on redheads. More than 1% body fat is also natural. So are breasts. I'm glad she still has the freckles, it's the only thing left to prove to me she's still human.
That's the great thing about Hollywood...there's ALWAYS a hot chick just around the corner. Elisha Cuthbert, Jessica Alba, Natalie Portman, Kirsten Dunst...time to move on and enjoy the spoils that Hollywood has to offer!
And WHO ELSE do you think she might be? Please list me other freckled, blonde-dyed, skinny singers with red eyebrows. jk about the I am so f'in peed off about what she did to herself. I am off to rent Mean Girls and cry like a WUSS.
