Dave Matthews Band fans rejoice -- the Lillywhite Sessions are released! If you don't know the story: Last year, the band worked on a new CD with long-time producer Steve Lillywhite. In September or so, the band decided not to release that work, and instead signed on with producer Glen Ballard. The result was "Everyday". However, the original CD was never released. Some of us cobbled together the songs from live versions and made our own "Lillywhite CDs", but they weren't studio-versions. Well, just today, most of the Lillywhite Sessions were released. More should follow. You can find the MP3s at: http://www.listenersupported.com Enjoy! ------------------ What can change the nature of a man?
They're gone now! I listened to a couple of the songs right after you posted this last night, but now it says "Sorry, this site is now offline...". Dang! I wanted those songs! Can they be found on Napster? I'm going to look now. ------------------ Behad Sergeant at Arms of the Clutch BBS
Yeah, I JUST noticed that. I'll be posting FTPs and stuff as I find them. http://206.5.72.172/lws/ http://www.burned.com/lillywhite/ These should have them. I found an FTP last night that had Sweet up and Down as well, but I can't find it now. ------------------ All your hoes are belong to us
I forgot to mention: the listenersupported.com site went down due to RCA's lawyers contacting the site owner. I have half a mind to never buy another CD again . . . bastards from the record companies try to screw everyone over all the time. ------------------ All your hoes are belong to us
All of the Songs have been released now. http://www.burned.com/lillywhite/ My fave is One Eyed Fish . . . or Big Eyed Fish I guess is what they ended up calling it. ------------------ All your hoes are belong to us
