1) I like a good trade proposal as much as the next guy...but 5 games into the season? 2) Let's get something correct right now - Moochie Norris is not an expensive player with a huge contract. After the current season, Moochie has 4 more seasons totalling $15m. For those of you that have problems with math, that's 4 more years with each being lower than the current MCE. 3) If you are having a problem with the current Rockets roster, you may be very disappointed. IMHO, the Rockets management is very intent on keeping this team together. The missing ingredient is time. The only (I repeat only) way Moochie is going anywhere is part of a deal that is impossible for the Rockets to refuse and where his contract is needed to match. I just don't see Moochie as a major part of any trade. He's cheap (granted lengthy but still cheap) and the Rockets have enough young players. Look at the 15 man roster. The Rockets have 5 rookies, 2 second year players and 1 player in their third season. That's 8 of 15 with less than 3 years NBA experience. Let's forget building via the draft. That part of the equation is already completed.
