Lets not get tied up with big time trades this year. Even thought the team is not coming together, I still believe that in the end, RON ,Tracy, and Yao will be playing the whole season. Now Battier and Head could be moved, but for the most part we are looking at the team that will be finishing the year. So what can the team do? I would piece back Rafer, Von Wafer, Yao, Scola, and Battier if he is still here. That combination was strong enough to win against the teams they faced and had strong chemistry. They took on LA which was a full roster and almost pulled a win. Bench Tmac and Ron until the team needs them. Also, Rick has to take control of this team. Allowing players to run their mouth to the media about the lack of defense and finger pointing proves that Rick is losing control of the team. The leader of the team starts with the Coach. Rick has the power to sit player. Put back the team that was winning. And for those who insist that there is no need to panic need a reality check. This team was ideal to be top seed western conference contenders, not behind DALLAS! Rick, lets take control of this team, get those who want to play out there, and take the leadership role. Once again, lets get real. There is not going to be a blow up from this roster. Tmac is not the same and can not be a strong role player. WE DO NOT HAVE A BIG 3. Jeff will not be back as coach. Rick will not be fired this season. Bottom line.
