Apparently, some nine year old who was tired of all the blown calls in his little league games, wrote his congressman and asked him to pass legislation that would require all umpires and refs at any level to have an eye test, be required to submit evidence of the eye test at ball games, and have at least a high school diploma to ref. And the Congressman has apparently taken it seriously. Thought that was just too funny. ------------------ humble, but hungry.
