Ditto. Though it helped that I broke my left arm in the 6th grade and had to learn to do EVERYTHING with my right. It's a handy little gift.

 

I would post the same thing you did, MEOWGI. I bet you hold the fork with the left to hold the food, cut with the knife with your right, then put the food into your mouth with the left. You also hold the cup with your right.

In contrast, I would say it this way:
Leftie for precision, Rightie for strength.
