i said nothing of lebron's performance, i was just dispelling the myth that bremer torched steve as per your quote:

And no, Steve did not score those 29.5 points on JR

so JR was torching steve but steve wasn't the one scoring on JR even though it is much more likely steve would be the one leaving to double team, thus leaving his many open, and not JR? this is interesting.

cuz he didn't even get to play any mins first time around.

the first time around was when bremer scored 22 and had 6 assists. i believe he played like 36 minutes. in the second game, he shot 2-9 with 6 points and played 31 minutes. two 30+ minute games sounds like plenty of PT to me.

And that 1 game he definitely torched Steve.

bremer went for 22/6/1 while steve got 29/9/5. so even though he scored 6 points against mooch and more off of open shots while steve was doubling others, he still didn't even match steve, let alone torch him. in the other game, it was steve 33/9/9 and bremer 6/5/3.

But let's even suppose he did outperform Bremer,

we don't need to suppose. it is quite obvious he did, and by a large margin.

Steve is an all-star who's called the Franchaise, JR Bremer is a rookie that wasn't even drafted. If SF doesn't outplay him I personally would be very depressed.

as would i. but since he clearly outplayed the undrafted rookie (much less got torched) and we won both games, you should be less depressed.

did you also mention that you were completely wrong?

in his first ASG, he played with a migraine, and only played 18 minutes. he shot 1-8 (which isn't missing them all nor is it 12 shots) and had 3 pts and 3 asts.

in his second ASG, when he didn't have a migraine, he shot 9-12 (hey you got the 12 part right this time), scored 20, and dished out 9 assists.
