I have questions regarding pictures/videos. If a person is pictured or videoed without knowing they are being such and they are in a compromising situation during (drunk/nude) the time, is there a law against it? The reason I ask is a friend of mine (male) took a photo of another friend of mine (female) while she was getting undressed with my digital camera. The female didn't know and still does not know that the photo was taken. I told my female friend that it was taken and she was really upset. I deleted it before she could see it (don't know if that was right or not) and plan to have a long discussion with my male friend when he comes over here today. He owes her a big apology for taking advantage of her in that situation. What I would like to do when I talk to him is bring up something about since that is my digital camera I could get in trouble for the pictures being on there if another female decided to go to the law about it. That's the thing though, I don't know if there are laws protecting people from such, so is there?
yes. very illegal. I have a friend who spent 3 months in jail for something very similar to this. With camera phones come so popular and decrete, the law will come more strick with this.
Anna is in a public place, knowing that people could see her. Its illegal if you are photographed when you expect privacy like dressing rooms, upskirts, bathrooms...etc
