All the knowledgable folks are putting Larry Brown either in Rocket gear or back to Clipperland, where LB maintains a house and a good relationship with Da Donald. It just seems to me -- Denver would be the ideal destination for Brown because 1. He still maintains a house there, too. 2. He has a reportedly excellent relationship with Vandeweigh.3. Backcourt is LB's forte (and why I, and many others, covet him for Houston). In Denver he could create his own Backcourt of the Decade. 4. Denver seems poised to add Arenas + a Lotto + have enough cash for another FA + retain or Sign'N'Trade JuWann which means that Larry Brown could assemble a team, a total team, of his choosing to go with last season's Lotto + White + Camby. It is the best place to coach what he assembles (LAC with resignings and/or Sign'N'Trades could more closely approximate that than the Rox). That is why Denver is #1 for LB. I hope he doesn't see it that way. After all, Yao is here. Stevie, too.
