Just being cheeky about a study that claims Everquest players have an average BMI of 25.2 and exercise "vigorously" once or twice a week.
I'm kind of surprised by how many people are putting this much faith in these polls. There's no reason to be so sure anything is a 'landslide'. If these polls turn out to be dead wrong election day, some of you would be downright shocked. You shouldn't be. Maybe I'm too jaded, but for me these mean very little. I won't be 'sure' of anything in an election year until it's all over.
I think Obama will win this easily...but Democrats have had a history of choking in the end. But, in the unlikely event McCain wins, it's going to be really ugly, especially since Congress is going to be solidly Democratic. AND, if Obama wins, it could be just as ugly. This is far from over. Social conservative wingnuts will be bellicose in trying to push opposition to any policymaking he and Congress tries to do. I think it will be worse than the current campaign rhetoric and the media circus surrounding it. I think the Republicans with the money to back McCain's last push in attack ads are sitting this out to concentrate on funding anti-policy ads once he's elected. They are playing it safe, and figuring on using their capitial for something that's likelier to pay dividends for them.
