Beat me by a second.

I don't know what Phoenix is doing.

At least it shows our victory to be more impressive.

the only person that rebounds for Phoenix is Marion. Mr. #1 is scared of the ball unless it's handed to him.

    Word.

Bynum looking pretty decent...Brown is useless. Crazy that PJ has already used his full rotation.

    What's wrong with Phoenix?

OMG. Is this the Laker Rox beat the other day? Or this year's Suns is just this bad?

30pts lead and the Lakers is on a show.

Turiaf's very nasty dunk makes it 90-61. The Suns are just out of sync like last night in Seattle, where they would have lost if the Sonics weren't so undermanned. It's no big deal. Same thing happened to Phoenix last season where they started 1-5.

    1. Back to Back. I'll give them this because it's..well...a back-to-back.

    2. No defense. Their players aren't picking any cutters. They aren't shifting over on defense. Maybe it's because of fatigue. But right now, no one on their team is playing defense.

    3. Interior offense/defense is on the back of a milk carton. Amare can't put anything in. They can't stop Turiaf/Brown/Bynum from rebounding the ball on. No one is rebounding the ball.

    4. Sidenote: Grant Hill does not fit this team. Maybe it'll be better as the season progress but the way he plays (more of a half court player), he's not the player that can work on this team. Phoenix game is speed and more speed. Hill, when he gets the ball, goes into dribble drive mode and then it becomes stagnant.

Another sidenote: Marion is going to opt out of his contract after this season. Of course, the Lakers are over the cap next season but, what if (BIG BIG if), Marion signs on for the MLE for one year as a Laker, and the next (when Odom's contract expires) year the Lakers give him his pay raise? Maybe even sign Odom back for a bit cheaper (8 mil a year)?

If that could happen, why would Kobe want to bolt?

    Bynum
    Marion
    Odom
    Bryant
    Fisher

    Bench: Radmanovic, Walton, Turiaf

That would be a pretty damn good team.

Wow, PJ and D'Antoni in a jawing match. I don't understand why D'Antoni is so upset by that time out. He's being a jerk and a sore loser IMO.

Wow. This score really surprised me when I first saw it. As somebody mentioned before, the Suns looked poor in their first outing against a lowly Seattle team. What's up?
