Sadly I cant' say that I'm surprised to see basso echoing the sentiments of the KKK. I wish it would be surprising, but from what I've seen of his posting these past few years, it just isn't a surprise at all.

Trust me it's not worth it. I've been here for a long while. The SamFishers, BatmanJones, Deckards, etc....have all been through it. They all have been reduced to sniping one-liners at this guy because they know there's no point with basso. Ya, they'll come out full force when there's a real topic to discuss (don't believe me? watch what happens to Sam when I start a pro-NASA thread). But you know the catch-22? In basso's convoluted mind, he thinks that he's actually made so many good points that he left them speechless. Hence, he comes back over and over. Lou, you'll grow out of it (if not already). Unfortunately someone will replace you just as you replaced those guys above and that's another reason he keeps baiting. It's a vicious cycle. I wish we could all just stop trying to actually counter him. You know he won't listen. It's not even about his political stand, no way I would say this about the other conservatives (no matter how insane they are ) on this board. We need folks from both sides no matter how much you don't agree with them. But basso....It's just him...
Since I have basso on ignore, I only read his reply because I was wondering how he would respond to your post. This is his reply: "what does the (Mongrel) One have to do with this story?" The reason I'm responding is that it has finally sunk in that basso is a racist prick, a troll without a conscious. I seriously believe that he is in need of treatment for what must be a psychological disorder. It's really pretty sad seeing a person descend into a morass of hatred and bigotry. It is even worse seeing that person make that descent, knowing that he truly believes he is being amusing on his way down.

When I first came across Basso about 8 years ago, my screen name was different. I thought his posts were so ridiculous I decided to join him and see what it was like. But I must give Basso credit - I got too into it and took it too far - he keeps it pretty even keeled. You have to respect him for his consistency. Never wavering or showing weakness. Never getting pissed off. But always spewing the junk that provokes over and over and over and over. I suppose the reason I still try or get frustrated is that I think basso really does believe what he writes. That's the sad thing - he's not a troll under false pretenses, he's a troll under genuine ones. Quite scary.

basso, if you really think there is a media bias, what do you think is the motivation. who do you think advertisers cater most to? do you think they cater to more whites or more blacks what do you think the media is trying to manipulate.
