i was wondering if anyone would do this deal...couple of reasons this came up..imho horry would be a good fit for the roxs: shot blocking, defense, 3pt shooting..and from what ive seen of the lakers..phil doesn't like him...or he doesnt fit their system...jeez they have ac green starting ahead of him??! also if i'm remembering right, the lakers were high on thomas in last years draft. the word was if the rockets didn't pick him LA was going to...i'm working on the asssumption horry > KT, so if not straight up, maybe we can package in drew and maybe get a draft pick back...i see horry adding versatility to the roxs...with his ability to play both the 3 and 4....and depending who the roxs draft a 3 or a 4, horry could start or backup either position...would you do the trade? do you think rudy/cd would do the trade?

Rockets wont do it and the lakers wont do it. Kenny is younger and Horry is older. This deal wont happen.

no offense but im not even gonna comment on how unfair and bad this would be for the rox.

ok yes i will. kenny T is already twice the player horry is. horry was once really good but he isnt that great now. sorry. besides he's fine in LA.

Plus KT has a big upside here in Houston, and I wouldn't want to send him to Fakerland. Here in Houston he can actually learn there are other ways of winning besides cheating. [IMG]

Horry is in the midst of an albatross-like 7 yr 35 mil contract, he is too soft to play the PF position, too slow to play the SF position. There is a reason AC Green starts over him. Also we got to see in Phoenix how he fared when he did not have a dominant center to spot up and cut off of. He is such a one dimensional player its sick. I would much rather have KT on this team. I'll pass.

    NO..NO..NO..NO..NO...

    Not in a million years.

We had Horry, he is SOOOOO overated. Rudy had to almost trade him to get him to shoot.

Then he admitted on local TV that he really does not work on his game. Hey Robert..it shows.

Horry, was a nice ROLE player for the Rockets, but that is all he will ever be, and he is not aggressive enough for this team.

I like KT's potential, and he has been THE MAN, wherever he has played. I think KT will be a much better pro then Horry.

    KT..over Horry ....any day.
