What a GREAT, GREAT show. Im kinda sad that the season finale is tuesday, but it looks like I am going to pick up the DVD set. Im gonna keep my fingers crossed that NBC purchases more episodes.

Anyone else enjoy this show as much as me?

I don't really watch much primetime tv at all, but I was on business in San Antonio last week and tuned into this. I must say the gruesome gangster type shows usually don't do much for me but this show was freakin' ruthless. It wasn't bad. I kinda liked it. Was it a mini-series or a pilot? That was the only episode I watched though, since up until then I had never even heard of it.

Hey diez y seis, have you ever seen the Sopranos. It is much better. It involves more than the cheesey, rehashed scenarios that are occuring in Kingpin.

I like the basic concept and scenario of the show, but I think the writing is crappy, the characters are one-dimensional, and the show pretty much blows. (boring)

Cable TV........Network Television.................Big Time Difference.......I agree that The Sopranos is a much better show (writing, characters)..........But Kingpin is a good show that is taking its content to the limits.......

That's the first thing I thought off when I saw this thread. :)

I don't watch Kingpin, when I have been home I watch Dragnet. Also I am pissed that Kingpin is in Boomtown's spot on Sunday nights, move!

    Kingpin is an OK show.

BUT GOD. BRING BACK BOOMTOWN. That was an AWESOME show. I loved it.

    Okay about Kingpin. I don't understand it...sometimes it's on Sunday...then Tuesday??? Mixed up...and it's already almost over.

The only one that I watched for more than 15 minutes was the one with the Thailand drug dealers negotiating with Miguel and his guys.

And the only thing I saw was all the Hispanic guys sayin CHINO CHINO CHINO at the Thai guy. I think he is actually Chinese. But then one of the Hispanic guys asked the Thai Boss if he wanted to eat dog or pigs' legs or something. And the Chinese guy said, "No. I don't Mexican food. I don't want diarrhea." And they got their guns out and pointed them at each other.

WELL....BOOMTOWN IS MUCH BETTER!!! BRING IT BACK!
