Anyone see Willis yelling at Cato to put an arm on Shaq? If you did, you probably also saw the *blank* look on Cato's face as he looked away (as if he didn't want to hear it).

There's been much talk about Cato's much improved play, but I really don't see it. Maybe he has improved his numbers (or at least not injured as quickly), but I still don't see the fire in his eyes that this team will need to succeed.

I can't say enough of the steal of a trade that brought Willis back, nor can I honestly say that I thought a 39 year old would have so much of an impact as he has. Willis doesn't have near the "potential" (I hate that word) or physical abilities of Cato, yet he more than makes up for it with his hard work and relentless attitude.

I remember Kevin saying at the beginning of the season that he was looking forward to helping Cato realize his "potential". But I cannot help the gut feeling that he simply doesn't want to try. One thing is for sure, if watching Willis doesn't inspire Cato to play 100%, nothing will....

    thoughts?...

Neither one of them have exactly set the world on fire in the first half. Cato's done nothing and Willis can't seem to keep his hands on the ball.

Actually, I think Kevin was warning Cato about Shaq's little elbow hook that would be a foul if committed by anyone else. But the NBA seems to have ordered the refs to ignore that.

And everyone give Kelvin a break. He didn't look any worse against Shaq than anyone else in the NBA has. And he's probably trying to save his fouls - that's why he's backed off the Shaq-Fu dunks a few times. Nobody can stop those dunks and its better that Cato just get out of the way in those cases.
